• The minimum stay at Newstead Bowness Guest House is 2 nights.
• Preference is given at weekends for 3 night bookings.
• Room charges are based on 2 persons sharing.
• Payment is by cheque or cash and a deposit will be required to confirm a booking.
• The deposit will not be returned where a cancellation is made within 10 days of the arrival date.
• Discounts are available for midweek breaks and longer stays subject to availability.
• Room 8* will accommodate 2 or 3 persons. An additional child less than 14 years old will be half price.
• All rooms have en-suite facilities with showers. Room 7 has a bath and shower combi.
• All rooms are equipped with TV, hairdryers, toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities.
• Rooms are serviced daily.
• Free off-street parking is available for 10 vehicles to the rear of Newstead.
• Guests staying 2 nights or more receive a complimentary pass to the Parklands Leisure Club.
• Guests may normally check-in to their room after 4.00pm.
• Guests arriving early may leave their car in the car park.
• Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10.30am on the day of departure.
• Smoking, take-away foods and pets are not permitted within the guest house.
• We regret that Newstead is not suitable for children under 7.
• Special requests including champagne, flowers, restaurant reservations and tours can be arranged.
